We list Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, and the neighborhoods around them, because that is where we already know the vendors, the streets, and the way a house behaves in July. The line about being glad to serve is not decoration. It is an invitation to ask.
Why we name places
So you can tell whether we are guessing. A firm that will not name a street is asking you to trust a map they have not walked.
Why we will not pretend
We do not put a property on a list to look larger. Recommended properties are a standard, not a client list. Areas are where we serve and are glad to serve.
If you are just off the list
Write to us. The honest answer is usually yes, or a no with a reason. Either is better than a maybe on a website.
