Good residents keep other good residents

Most problems in a small building are neighbor problems. How we handle them without a spectacle.

A clean utility closet with a water heater and copper lines.

A townhome row lives or dies on whether people can stand each other. Parking, noise, a dog, a party that went too long. These are not lease trivia. They are why a good resident stays or leaves.

Early, and in person when we can

A note is better than a filing. A conversation is better than a note. We start there, and we keep a record so the second time is not a first time.

Fair to both

The person who complained and the person who was complained about both live in a house you own. We are not picking a favorite. We are keeping the building livable.

When it will not settle

Then the paper has to be right, and you hear from us before it goes out.
